Guides and Fleet
Local guides. Professional vehicles. Small groups.
Our scheduled tours operate primarily with Volkswagen Caravelle vehicles carrying a maximum of eight guests. Additional vehicles can be deployed for larger groups, and coach transport can be arranged through our trusted local partners.
Our premium FIRST CLASS experiences operate with an XPENG G9 for up to three guests.
Our vehicles and drivers hold the relevant licences and professional qualifications required for commercial passenger transport in Norway.

How it works
Whether you’re arranging FIT travel, groups, MICE, cruise excursions or tailor-made itineraries, working with Lofoten Insight is straightforward. We work directly with travel agencies, tour operators and DMCs worldwide, offering 15% travel trade commission on our own tour programme.
1. Get Agent Access
Contact us to register your company as a Lofoten Insight travel trade partner. We’ll create your agent access to our Bilberry booking system, giving you a simple way to work with our products.
2. Book FIT & Scheduled Tours
Our scheduled small-group experiences are ideal for FIT bookings. Through the agent portal you can check live availability and make bookings directly for your clients.
From Northern Lights experiences to sightseeing across Lofoten, our scheduled products make it easy to add individual experiences to a wider Scandinavian itinerary.
3. Private Tours, Groups & MICE
Need something beyond a scheduled departure? We handle private tours, group travel, MICE programmes, incentives, cruise excursions and tailor-made experiences throughout Lofoten.
Send us the date, group size, pickup location and your requirements, and our local team will help develop the right programme and provide a quotation.
For larger groups, we can coordinate multiple vehicles or arrange coach transportation with our local partners.
4. Commission & Payment
Our standard travel trade commission is 15% on Lofoten Insight tours.
Bookings can be managed directly through our agent system, while private tours, groups, MICE and bespoke arrangements can be handled directly with our team.

We’re not an intermediary. Lofoten Insight is based in Svolvær and operates experiences here in Lofoten, giving our travel trade partners direct access to the people actually delivering their clients’ experiences.
